I am done with Best Buy

When I first decided I wanted to do video blog casts I decided to purchase a Sony HD video camera. So of course they do not have the one I want and I have to order it. Its now several days and after 10+ hours on the phone at various times (there hold times are FRICKING ridicules) I have gone back and got a refund. I then purchased one on amazon with FREE OVERNIGHT shipping and 150$ less then Best Buy. I managed to record the final call with Best Buy and cast it. Google Video link
