Show me the money - tips for affiliate networks

What does not work with me: It seems about every other day I get a call from a affiliate company telling me they have "the best payouts guaranteed". They also always seem like they are form letters mass emailed. Its kind of hard to tell which are legit and which are real. What you might get is something like this:

Hello $your_name, We are TheBomb.com CPA company and we offer the best payouts in the industry on campaigns you are currently running! Please contact us for more information!!

I have come up with what I like to call the "shit or get off the pot" response for these people. Basically I just respond back and tell them-

Hi $company, Thank you for contacting me. I see you offer the best payout guaranteed. If this is true then please send me a check for (your present average monthly income +20%) and we can get started for next month. Looking forward to working with you, $your_name

What does work with me: When Chantelle from AzoogleAds called me and talked to me about trying some of there campaigns she was extremely knowledgeable about my sites. They even had ideas on what campaigns would work better on what pages and so fourth. It was clear to me they had done there research on my websites. That was the difference for me to "try" another company and if they do have the best payouts the money will speak for itself.
