New Unofficial Webmaster Radio Chat Program For Windows

My friend Cloak has created a very lightweight application to access webmaster radio chat room and also launch the feeds easily. I think its a very cool solution for those people who want to join the webchat for various reasons. I had many people email me and say they could not get into the chat room and the server was not responding so I asked my friend to whip this application up.
