Lars and The Real Girl Review

Last night my wife was on call so we stayed in and watched a DVD. We have several that are still unopened and we alternate choosing which ones to watch. My wife choose this movie called Lars and The Real Girl. I was like ... great a chick flick. I knew nothing about it and the title turned me off. We started watching it and it was really slow.. like i was about to turn it off slow.. Basically the main character is this recluse who lives with his brother and sister in law in their garage. He orders a realdoll yes this realdoll then acts like its a living breathing person. As stupid as it sounds the story is actually quite touching and I really enjoyed the movie. I highly recommend it.
