Tonight FREE on Spike there is a fight for the troops with my friend Josh Koscheck headlining. Fighters writer Selina "Dead" Wong caught up with Josh a couple days ago:
At the Purpose INC events a couple weeks ago in Las Vegas we went to Randy Couture's Gym and met some of the fighters from this seasons Ultimate Fighter.
The guys were totally awesome. Junie, who from the show comes off like a total jerk, was actually a sweet heart.
Both Vinny (who is in the finals) and Junie fight Saturday on Spike for the Ultimate Fighter Finals.
