Cutting Edge Offers Affiliate Network - Beware

I first was introduced to Cutting Edge Offers when we had them dead to rights conducting criminal behavior against us. We proceeded to take legal action when a mutual friend, one I have an enormous amount of respect and admiration for asked me to give them a pass and he would handle it. He even said he understood the magnitude of the offense and offered to pay restitution for them. Years later they approached us about running one of our offers on the affiliate side. I was hesitant given their sketchy past but went ahead with it. The amount of legal paper work they make you sign is unbelievable. I kid you not even after I completely indemnified them of any legal action they still sent over 100 questions to me about my offer and to verify the claims I made. This was ridicules cause a quick glance at our page shows not only where we have been mentioned in mainstream media but also links to the articles. Keep in mind THEY CAME TO ME to put our this offer in their network. But this all made since given their criminal history. It seems they try to relieve themselves of all liability so they can (or get their affiliates to) do criminal behavior and not have to take any responsibility for it.
